ACR Open Rheumatology (ACROR), an official journal of the ACR, is a peer-reviewed open access publication for clinicians, scientists, researchers, and practitioners in the field of rheumatology and related disciplines. ACROR publishes high-quality articles reporting on original investigations in all aspects of rheumatology-related research (basic science, clinical science, epidemiology, health outcomes, health policy, and education) as well as reviews and commentaries.
ACROR publishes monthly issues under the direction of Co–Editors-In-Chief Patricia P. Katz, PhD and Edward H. Yelin, PhD as well as Deputy Editors David I. Daikh, MD, PhD and Bruce N. Cronstein, MD. In addition, all articles are published EarlyView shortly after acceptance, prior to appearing in a monthly issue.

As an open access publication, ACROR does not charge subscription fees, and ACR membership is not a requirement to view any of the content.
