Call for Applicants: Rheum with a (re)View Mentoring Program
The ACR’s Committee on Journal Publications created a peer review mentoring program in the spring of 2022, pairing Early Career Investigators (Mentees) with Senior Investigators (Mentors) to facilitate training in effective journal peer review. Each Mentor is assigned three Mentees, with each Mentee expected to complete three reviews over the course of the one-year program, with oversight, critique and coaching on the part of the Mentor. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of the program, and Mentee graduates are added to the reviewer rosters of the ACR’s three peer-reviewed journals: Arthritis & Rheumatology; Arthritis Care & Research; and ACR Open Rheumatology.
Call for Applications
ACR/ARP members who have finished training within the past 10 years and have research experience are encouraged to apply. Interested applicants should complete the survey and provide the requested application materials by April 15.
