Joint stiffness upon rising in the morning; one of the most common symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Morning stiffness that lasts at least an hour is considered a key diagnostic aspect of RA.
Indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in patients receiving allogeneic renal, cardiac, or hepatic transplants, and should be used concomitantly with cyclosporine and corticosteroids.
