The ACR is pleased to share digital posters from the 2019 E-Poster program, which include three categories of E-Posters from the #ACR19:  Pediatrics, Patient Perspectives and Late-Breaking Abstracts.

You will have the opportunity to explore the posters in each module at your own pace. The entire CME activity (all three modules) has been designated for 31.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™, based on an estimated time of 15 minutes to view and contemplate each poster.

After viewing the posters, you will complete a brief post-activity evaluation. You must complete each module and evaluation to receive credit for the module.

Target Audience
Rheumatologists, physicians, healthcare providers who care for patients with rheumatic diseases, and those interested or engaged in rheumatology research.

Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • Recognize the pathogenesis, genetics and genomics of pediatric rheumatologic conditions, as well as understand the latest research related to the diagnosis, clinical manifestations, outcomes, and treatment of inflammatory and non-inflammatory pediatric condition.
  • Appreciate the diversity of non-pharmacologic interventions that patients choose to add to the medical management of their rheumatic disease
  • Discuss the late-breaking, high impact scientific research in the field of rheumatology

Accreditation Statement
The American College of Rheumatology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement
The ACR designates this online activity for a maximum of 31.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activities.

Each module is designated for a maximum of:

  • Pediatrics – 24.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™
  • Patient Perspectives - 2.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™
  • Late-Breaking - 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™

MOC Statement
Successful completion of this CME activity (which includes the evaluation component), enables the participant to earn up to 31.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
