Registration Guidelines

  • Full payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Online registrations receive immediate email confirmation.
  • Faxed and mailed registrations will be sent a confirmation within five days of receipt.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation, call 800-636-4766 (US & Canada) or 415-979-2265 (International).
  • If you are registering on someone’s behalf, you are required to enter the contact information for the individual attendee. Without this information, the registration will not be processed.

Cancellations and Requests for Refund

  • Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by January 5.
  • Submit cancellation requests via the ACR WRS Registration Support Center by fax at 415-293-5231.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline of January 5.
  • An administration fee of $50 will be deducted for members; $100 will be deducted for non-members. No fees will be refunded after January 5.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund.
  • ACR is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of a program or registration cancellation.
  • All refund requests will be processed after the meeting. No refunds will be issued on site.
  • Cancelled registrations are nontransferable.

Ground Transportation - Free Skier Shuttle Service
Free shuttle buses run 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM between the four ski areas - Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk Mountain and Snowmass. The deadline for pre-ordered lift tickets is January 1.  Tickets will be distributed on site at the Opening Reception on January 20 or delivered to your hotel/condo on arrival day (must specify delivery preference on the order form).
