Come celebrate the kick off to the 2017 ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting. Connect with your colleagues while enjoying a live string orchestra band, food, and friendly conversations. The Opening Reception is complimentary to all registered Annual Meeting attendees. Join us at the Opening Reception on November 4 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
Attendees participating in the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting for the first time are encouraged to join us for the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting Orientation. Presenters offer valuable advice on how to get the most out of your experience. Orientation takes place on November 5 from 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM.
All ARHP attendees are invited to this kickoff forum on November 5 from 12:30 PM – 2:15 PM. You will have the opportunity to network over a complimentary lunch at various discipline tables.
The Annual Meeting tweet up is an informal social event without an agenda organized by ACR members. It is an opportunity for members who engage on Twitter to meet face-to-face. All Annual Meeting attendees are welcome to participate. The tweet up is designed to facilitate personal connections within the global rheumatology community.
The Exhibit Hall is a great place to meet with colleagues. If you are looking for somewhere to sit and meet, visit one of the Networking Lounges or the CollaborationRheum. In addition, you can visit the food court and grab some lunch or a snack while you meet.
Network with attendees and abstract authors during the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting Poster Tours. The Poster Tours are 45 minutes in length and run from November 5 - 7 at 9:00 AM and 10:15 AM. Add Poster Tours to your Annual Meeting Registration.
Take advantage of these unique social forums, designed to bring together small groups of attendees with common interest in a single disease, a group of related disorders, or a specialized of study. Annual Meeting Study Groups are held from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM November 5 - 7.
Sit down with your colleagues over a complimentary lunch, and participate in open discussion on various research, practice, and clinical topics. All ARHP attendees are welcome to participate in this event. The Networking Forum will be on November 6 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
The annual ACR Career Fair will take place on November 6 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting. This is the chance for employers to recruit qualified rheumatology candidates and job seekers to find a new career opportunity. Learn more about this opportunity. You can also visit the ACR Career Connection booth in the Discovery Center to learn about CareerConnection and post your resume as a job seeker or available positions/recruitment materials as an employer.
