Your Safety Is Our Priority

The ACR is committed to keeping ACR Convergence participants safe from COVID-19. Several safety precautions have been instituted for the event in Philadelphia.

  • All in-person attendees must attest to being fully vaccinated and agree to a waiver voluntarily assuming all risk.
    See all COVID-19 policies
  • We are encouraging and prefer that in-person attendees wear masks.
  • We will offer options for in-person attendees with personal devices to livestream some of the scientific sessions in large, well-ventilated networking areas throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
  • The Pennsylvania Convention Center is GBAC certified and includes the following upgrades:
    • UV light sanitation
    • Contactless entry
    • Air purification equipment, including the MERV-4 filtration system
    • Options for contactless food and beverage
  • The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, the headquarter hotel, is also committed to providing a safe environment for attendees.
  • We are offering the option to attend ACR Convergence virtually for those who are not vaccinated or are not comfortable with large, in-person events. If you purchase an in-person pass and later decide to attend virtually only, there is no change fee.
