If you are planning to attend ACR Convergence, the ACR's annual meeting, we suggest that you make a hotel reservation as soon as possible to increase your chances of getting the hotel you prefer. Use the rate information and map of hotels in the Washington, D.C. area to help plan your trip.

The official list of annual meeting hotels and rates will be available soon.

  Important Hotel Advisory

There is only one authorized website to book ACR Convergence housing - Convention Management Resources (CMR).

Convention Management Resources – the official housing agent for the ACR Convergence - is the only company authorized to make annual meeting hotel reservations. By making your hotel reservation through CMR, you can be confident you will stay in quality accommodations at a confirmed rate.

To book and confirm your housing, always go to the CMR website, the only official housing provider, and look for the Official Housing Provider badge (below). For international group housing, visit CMR Global Group Services. Third-party companies often illegally represent themselves as travel agencies, soliciting attendees and exhibitors, and offering to assist with hotel reservations.

Reservations made through unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the ACR and may result in additional charges, no hotel room - even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk. Please use the ACR Official Housing hotel reservation system to avoid additional charges.

If you are contacted by any agency other than CMR, please immediately notify CMR.
