ACR Convergence Industry-Supported Sessions provide companies with a unique opportunity to enhance visibility and reach a highly targeted, yet diverse group of rheumatologists and rheumatology health professionals from around the world. ACR offers a variety of formats so you can choose the delivery method that is best for your educational content.
The Innovation Theaters, located in the exhibit hall, provide an exceptional setting to showcase your products and services to attendees. Each theater seats approximately 200.
Innovation Theater Session Information
Innovation Theater sessions take place November 12-14. The sessions are 45-minutes and may be upgraded to include live streaming to your exhibit booth and the ACR Convergence virtual meeting platform.

We are happy to offer virtual options to allow you to opportunity to connect with our virtual audience. Three formats for virtual industry supported sessions are offered. In order to ensure that our full-length virtual industry symposia sessions do not complete with other education sessions, these will be scheduled during the same time as the face-to-face symposia.
Virtual Industry-Supported Symposia - $60,000
Apply to host a session 60–120 minutes long. Sessions may be scheduled during these times:
Virtual production options include pre-recorded only, or pre-recorded with live Q&A. Industry sessions may be CME or non-CME. The deadline to submit a proposal is June 20, 2022. Mini Sessions - $15,000
Mini-sessions allow you to share a 30-minute, prerecorded industry program with virtual meeting participants. Live Q&A is not available with this session type. Presenters will have the opportunity to engage with participants through text chat. Mini-Sessions will launch on the day that the virtual meeting platform goes live, affording you nearly a week of extended pre-event visibility.
Lightning Talks - $5,000
Lightning Talks are 5-minute, prerecorded talks on different topics, chosen and recorded by the presenting company. Presenters will have the opportunity to engage with participants through text chat. This year’s Lightning Talks will launch on the day that the virtual meeting platform goes live, affording you additional pre-event visibility.
