Industry Supported Sessions

ACR Convergence Industry-Supported Sessions provide companies with a unique opportunity to enhance visibility and reach a highly targeted, yet diverse group of rheumatologists and rheumatology health professionals from around the world. ACR offers a variety of formats so you can choose the delivery method that is best for your educational content.

Innovation Theater

The Innovation Theaters, located in the exhibit hall, provide an exceptional setting to showcase your products and services to attendees. Each theater seats approximately 200.

Innovation Theater Session Information

Innovation Theater sessions take place November 12-14. The sessions are 45-minutes and may be upgraded to include live streaming to your exhibit booth and the ACR Convergence virtual meeting platform.

Innovation Theater Benefits

  • 125 tickets for the sponsor to hand out before the presentation
  • Innovation Theater presentation listings on signage in the exhibit hall, on the ACR website, in the Convergence Session Tracker, and meeting app
  • Complimentary light refreshments and snacks adjacent to the Innovation Theater provided by the ACR: 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM sessions will have light refreshments; 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM sessions will include a boxed lunch
  • Session sponsorship includes two complimentary lead retrieval units for use during the sessions
  • Complimentary audio/visual equipment: two microphones, LCD projector, and screen

Industry-Supported Symposia

Industry-Supported Symposia offer companies the opportunity to provide valuable education to meeting attendees during ACR Convergence.

A wide variety of symposia formats are available:

  • CME-accredited or non-CME, company directed
  • In person: 60-, 90-, or 120-minute session
  • Virtual:
    • Industry Session (60-minute, pre-recorded with live Q&A)
    • Mini-Session (30-minute, pre-recorded only)
    • Lightning Session (5-minute, pre-recorded only)

Industry-Supported Symposia Schedule

The following dates and times have been designated for in person and virtual Industry-Supported Symposia:

  • November 12, 6:30–8:30 PM (Corporate Roundtable donors only)
  • November 13, 6:30–8:30 PM (Corporate Roundtable donors only)
  • November 14, 7:30–8:30 AM and 7:30–9:00 PM 
  • November 15, 7:00–9:30 AM  

Industry-Supported Symposia Benefits

  • Exclusivity: other educational events are restricted during symposia times
  • Symposia listings included in the ACR Convergence Session Tracker, mobile app, and Convergence Today publication
  • One complimentary pre-registration mailing list for one-time use by the sponsoring organization to issue symposium invitations; to be distributed to a licensed/bonded mail house or printer
  • Inclusion in on-site Industry-Supported Symposia kiosk staffed by ACR November 11, 8:00 AM through November 14 at noon; Invitations that include symposia agendas, speakers and registration information can be distributed from the booth (Note: attendees cannot register for your symposium at the kiosk.)

Virtual Options: Industry-Supported Sessions

We are happy to offer virtual options to allow you to opportunity to connect with our virtual audience. Three formats for virtual industry supported sessions are offered. In order to ensure that our full-length virtual industry symposia sessions do not complete with other education sessions, these will be scheduled during the same time as the face-to-face symposia.

Virtual Industry-Supported Symposia - $60,000
Apply to host a session 60–120 minutes long. Sessions may be scheduled during these times:

  • November 12, 6:30–8:30 PM (Corporate Roundtable donors only)
  • November 13, 6:30–8:30 PM (Corporate Roundtable donors only)
  • November 14, 7:00–8:30 AM and 7:30–9:00 PM 
  • November 15, 7:30–9:30 AM (post event)

Virtual production options include pre-recorded only, or pre-recorded with live Q&A. Industry sessions may be CME or non-CME. The deadline to submit a proposal is June 20, 2022. Non-CME Formats

Mini Sessions - $15,000
Mini-sessions allow you to share a 30-minute, prerecorded industry program with virtual meeting participants. Live Q&A is not available with this session type. Presenters will have the opportunity to engage with participants through text chat. Mini-Sessions will launch on the day that the virtual meeting platform goes live, affording you nearly a week of extended pre-event visibility.

Lightning Talks - $5,000
Lightning Talks are 5-minute, prerecorded talks on different topics, chosen and recorded by the presenting company. Presenters will have the opportunity to engage with participants through text chat. This year’s Lightning Talks will launch on the day that the virtual meeting platform goes live, affording you additional pre-event visibility.
