Exhibitor suites and meeting rooms can be used to host small staff meetings, a staff lounge or meet privately with attendees. Educational sessions may not be held in an exhibitor suite or meeting room. Food service must be coordinated through the convention center caterer.
10x10 exhibitor suite: $6,000
10x20 exhibitor suite: $10,500
20x20 exhibitor suite: $20,000
Exhibitor suites are located in the exhibit hall. They are available for use during exhibit hours and days. Exhibitor suites include 8' high hard wall with two lockable doors, carpet with padding, nightly cleaning during exhibit days, two 1000-watt electrical outlets, one clip-on lamp per 100 square feet, and one door header with the company name or suite number.
Meeting Rooms: $35,000
Meeting rooms are located throughout the convention center. They are available for use November 7 - 13. Meeting rooms include a lockable door, carpet, electrical outlets, tables and chairs, company name outside the meeting room, and nightly cleaning.
Applications submitted before the priority points deadline of April 15, 2019 at 4:00 PM ET will be assigned based on priority points. Exhibitors earn one priority point for each year of exhibiting. After the priority points deadline, booths will be assigned in the date/time order the application was received.
Applications received after the priority points deadline date will be assigned space in the date/time order the application is received. Applications will be accepted after this date until the exhibit hall is sold out.
