The deadline to submit an application to exhibit at ACR Convergence 2020 was October 7. We hope you will plan to join us next year at ACR Convergence 2021. Information on the 2021 meeting will be available in March 2021.

What are the dates of the virtual meeting?
ACR Convergence 2020 will take place November 5–9.

When will information be available on virtual opportunities at the meeting?

Will I be able to see a demo of what the meeting platform will look like?
Yes, the ACR has selected a platform for the virtual meeting and we are confident that it will provide the functionality to help you have a successful exhibiting experience. Specific details on demo dates will be sent out when available.

What if I don't want to participate in the virtual meeting?
If you are unsure of your decision to participate in a virtual meeting experience, please wait to see what the ACR has planned for the virtual meeting before you make your decision. If you would like to have further conversation before then, please reach out to Stacey Chandler at schandler@rheumatology.org.

Will I still receive priority points for participating in the 2020 meeting?
Yes. If you choose to participate in the virtual meeting, you will receive priority points for your participation. The ACR is working on a new priority points program to help you earn even more points.

Innovation Theater

I have submitted an application to host an Innovation Theater. Will there be a virtual theater?
There will be an opportunity to host an industry-supported session on the virtual platform. If you have already submitted an application, you will receive preference on hosting an industry-supported session on the virtual platform.

I have submitted a proposal to host an Industry-Supported Symposium. Will there be a virtual option?
There will be an opportunity to host an industry-supported session on the virtual platform. If you have already submitted a proposal, you will receive preference on hosting an industry-supported session on the virtual platform.

Advertising and Sponsorships

If I have already committed to advertising and sponsorship opportunities at the in-person meeting, how will they convert to the virtual meeting?
The ACR is currently evaluating all available opportunities. If you have already committed to advertising and sponsorship opportunities for the in-person meeting, an ACR representative will be in contact with you to discuss how we can convert in-person opportunities to impactful virtual ones.

Will there be new advertising and sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes, new advertising and sponsorship opportunities will be available.

What happens with my sponsorship right of first refusal items for ACR Convergence 2021?
Any sponsorship items that you committed to for ACR Convergence 2020 will be considered a right of first refusal item for ACR Convergence 2021. The ACR will provide a list of those items to you upon request.
