Auction Hours

Friday, April 8, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday, April 9, 7:00 AM – 5:50 PM

Auction Closing Time

Bidding will close promptly at 5:50 PM, Saturday, April 9. Auction winners will be announced at 6:15 PM at the ACR Evening Reception.

How Do I Bid?

Once bidding has opened, visit the Silent Auction display area near registration. When you have selected an item to bid on, print your name and bid amount on the first available line on the bid sheet. Each subsequent valid bid must be incrementally higher than the previous bid (acceptable bid increments for each item are included on the list of prize packages and will be included in the on-site program). If a name or bid is scratched out, that bid is considered void.

Payment Procedure

Bids may be paid Saturday, April 9, at the ACR Evening Reception. Bids may also be paid Sunday, April 10, from 9:00 AM to NOON in the registration area. Bids must be paid in full before items will be released, and all payments must be received by noon, Sunday, April 10. The REF accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, cash or personal check as payment.

General Information

Please remember that all sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges, and merchandise is sold as is. Neither the donor nor the REF can provide servicing or guarantees on auction items unless otherwise indicated.

Reservations for trips, stays in hotels, use of facilities and similar items must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. Blackout periods may apply. Restrictions do apply on several auction items. Gift certificates should be thoroughly scrutinized. The utmost care has been taken to note restrictions as accurately as possible in the auction brochure. However, the REF is not responsible for any restrictions inadvertently omitted or not originally indicated by a donor.
