The Circle of Leadership recognizes donors who contribute a minimum of $1,000 to the Annual Giving Campaign during the fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).  Circle of Leadership contributors provide the financial strength which creates a margin of excellence needed to enhance the educational opportunities provided by the REF.
