Medicare Part B Drug Average Sales Price

The ASP plus six percent is the fee schedule Medicare uses to reimburse providers for medications provided for Medicare patients. The ASP rate is calculated by determining the average sale price of drugs sold to providers across the country. This rate is computed each quarter. The third quarter rates were released on 06/16/2011.
