Meaningful Use Measure Deep Dive & Open Call Series
This webinar series will address each of the Stage 1 core and menu objectives, providing attendees with a general understanding of the intent of the objective, the requirements set forth in the rule, and the EHR functionality and user actions required to meet the measure. The call will allow time for an open question and answer session addressing questions related to the CMS EHR Incentive Program (Meaningful Use) regulation.

The who, what, when, where, why, and how for meaningful use objectives measuring the collection of structured data in the EHR. Measures discussed on this call include:
- Use Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) for medication orders directly entered by any licensed health care professional who can enter orders into the medical record per state, local, and professional guidelines
- Generate and transmit permissible prescriptions electronically (Note: only non-controlled substances are permissible)

The who, what, when, where, why, and how for meaningful use objectives measuring the utilization of health IT to support information exchange and care coordination. Measures discussed on this call include:
