5. Asthma and eosinophilia >10%

3. No asthma, eosinophilia >10%, history of allergy

Non-CSS subsets

1. No asthma or eosinophilia >10%

2. No asthma, but eosinophilia >10%;, no history of allergy

4. Asthma without eosinophilia >10%
