Thank you for your interest in contacting the members of the ACR. We can provide mailing lists of ACR and ARHP members sorted for your use – by division, state, country or membership type. You can request either pressure-sensitive labels for office use or electronic lists that will be sent to a bonded mail house or printer that is acting on your behalf. The ACR does not rent lists of its members' e-mail addresses for any reason.
To fulfill your order for the membership list we will need a letter outlining the following:
- The type of media you would like your labels printed on.
We offer:- Pressure sensitive labels (peel-off, self-sticking labels for use in your office)
- Electronic (e-mail only to a legally bonded mail house or printer)
- Who you are trying to reach.
The ACR is made up of two divisions: the American College of Rheumatology whose members are primarily physicians involved in the treatment or research into rheumatic diseases and the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals whose members are any allied health professional (physician assistants, nurses, occupational or physical therapists, social workers, etc.) involved in the treatment or research into rheumatic diseases. Please state which division(s) you would like your mailer to reach in your cover letter:- ACR Members: physicians and scientists dedicated to treatment or research
- ARHP Members: allied health professionals dedicated to treatment or research, or staff members in a rheumatology practice.
- Both ACR and ARHP members
Your next choice is to mail your item to specific groups within the ACR division (the ARHP division does not have groups).
- Fellows – board certified or board eligible rheumatologists, pediatricians who live in the U.S., Canada and Mexico
- Clinical Members – board certified in a related, non-rheumatalogical field, (i.e., immunologists, orthopedic surgeons, etc.)
- Research Members – scientists dedicated to research
- Fellows-in-Training – physicians currently in a rheumatology fellowship training program
- International Fellow Members – physicians (living outside U.S., Canada and Mexico) who have equivalent board certification in their own countries
- International Members - clinical and research members living outside the U.S.
- International Fellows-in-Training – doctors in rheumatology fellowship training programs who reside outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico
- Residents & Medical Students – Physicians and medical students who have an interest in pursuing rheumatology as a specialty
- Which areas you wish to mail to. If you need U.S. membership only, or if you want a certain state or country, we can provide the list with only those names. We can also limit the number of labels to any specific number. For instance, if you only need 3,000 labels, we can print exactly 3,000.
- How to sort the labels. We need to know whether the list should be printed in zip code order or in alphabetical order.
Note: If the information above is not specified, your labels will be printed in zip-code order on pressure-sensitive labels and will include all members in all regions and countries. - Sample – A sample of the mailing piece (and envelope) you will be mailing out to ACR & ARHP members, which can be a photocopy of an actual brochure or a draft. This is so we can refer members to you if they should call us with questions about your mailing. The text of all mailers is subject to approval by either an ACR department head or by an ACR committee. You will be notified if the text of the mailer is not approved. If you are ordering more than one set of labels, we will need a sample mailer for each set, if the mailer is different for each set of labels.
Additional Instructions
