• The reimbursement form, along with receipts, should be MAILED to the ACR in order to be processed.
• Please DO NOT BRING THIS FORM TO THE ANNUAL MEETING.

  As a reminder:
  • Any travel arrangements made less than 21 days prior to travel date may be declined for reimbursement
  • If you are driving:
    • – Mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.555 per mile
    • – Mileage reimbursement will not exceed the amount of airfare from your home city

• Please verify your hotel arrival and departure dates. Should you need to make a change, please contact your hotel directly. Click here for a list of hotel addresses and phone numbers.
• To requests cribs, rollaway beds or other needs please contact your hotel.

Meeting Registration and Educational Information

• Any changes must be made onsite in the registration area of the convention center.

This session is only open to those who have received the scholarship.

Networking Opportunities during the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting in Washington, DC
Join potential employers during a networking lunch on Tuesday, November 13 from 12:30 - 2:30 PM in the exhibit hall, booth 943. During this time, employers are allowed to distribute handouts, flyers or business cards to potential candidates. Take this time to connect with employers and ask questions.

New Graduate Panel Breakfast
The Fellows Subcommittee of the Committee on Training and Workforce Issues will be hosting a panel discussion during the annual meeting. Each “Breakfast” session will be an hour long Q&A forum that we will offer to fellows the opportunity to ask questions of recent graduates about their experiences and helpful tips. The session is informal and meant to be guided by your questions! Please click here to learn more about the panel. The session will take place in the Convention Center, room 304, Sunday, November 11th from 7:00 - 8:00 AM. And of course, breakfast will be served!
