Group Registration Policies
The deadline for group registration and group housing is Friday, September 23. For information on group registration and/or housing, contact:
- Group Housing:
- Group Registration:
The ACR defines “group registration” as an agency or organization that registers ten or more individuals, using one payment method (credit card or check). Wire transfers will not be accepted as a form of payment. In order to become an official group, ACR requires that the agency or organization sign a group registration agreement.
Prior to the meeting, an appointment will be scheduled and agreed to by the agency in which the authorized individual designated by the agency or organization will pick up attendee badges, tickets and meeting materials and distribute them to the group individuals. Attendees registered as part of a group may not pick up their materials individually on site.
ACR will not accept business addresses, phone or fax numbers or e-mail addresses of the tour group leader or organizing company as the personal information of the individual attendee. All attendees submitted by the agency or organization are required to provide the following information for each individual attendee:
- full name and degree
- complete mailing address (organization, city, state and country)
- telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address (correct e-mail addresses are required for each attendee to access online meeting materials including the syllabi and SessionSelect.)
In order to receive the advance registration fee, complete registration information for each attendee included in the group must be submitted and payment in full received by Friday, September 23.
On-Site Groups (Five or More Attendees)
To avoid lines at attendee registration, ACR will provide group registration services for any tour group leader or company wanting to register five or more individuals’ on site. A $125 per attendee fee will be assessed to the group leader for this service. During peak hours on site, the group leader may be required to schedule a pick-up time for badges and materials.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the group leader to pick up and distribute all materials to their group. ACR will not provide or have staff available to assist in the transportation of materials.
Italian Pharmaceutical Companies
ACR will be working with CMR Global Group Services to collect all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the appropriate Italian Health Ministry officials.
