Individuals who have been elected to membership and have paid dues for the 2011 membership year or who are candidates to be elected to membership at the 2011 annual meeting.

Member Trainee
Fellows-in-training who have been elected to membership and have paid dues for 2011 or are candidates to be elected to membership at the annual meeting.
Non-Member Trainee
Fellows-in-training who have not been elected to membership. These individuals must mail or fax a letter from their program director, chief of service or faculty advisor with their registration form to be eligible for reduced fees.
Master
ACR members over the age of 65 who have been bestowed this title by the ACR Board of Directors. The fee for the annual meeting is waived. Fees are required for ticketed sessions e.g., pre-conference courses, Meet the Professor and Workshop sessions. Masters are required to pay a fee to attend the 2011 opening event.
Emeritus
Members of the ACR or ARHP who have retired from active practice or who are permanently disabled. These individuals must be named Emertius members before registering to be eligible for reduced fees. They should submit a letter to the ACR Membership Department attesting to this change in work status and asking to be made an Emeritus member.
Member Resident
Member residents are individuals who have finished medical school and who are in training for their primary specialty. They must have been elected to membership and have paid dues for the 2011 membership year or are candidates to be elected to membership at the annual meeting.
Non-member Resident
Non-member residents are individuals who have finished medical school and who are in training for their primary specialty, but are not members of the ACR. These individuals must mail or fax a letter from their program director or chief of service, along with their registration form to be eligible for reduced fees.
Member Medical or Other Student
Individuals who are pursuing medical, graduate or undergraduate degrees, have been elected to membership and have paid dues for the 2011 membership year, or are candidates to be elected to
membership at the annual meeting.
Non-Member Medical or Other Student
Individuals who are pursuing medical, graduate or undergraduate degrees, but who are not members of the ACR. These individuals must mail or fax a letter from their program director or chief of service, along with their registration form to be eligible for reduced fees.
Fellows-in-Training from Developing Countries
Complimentary registration to the scientific session will be offered to fellows-in-training from developing countries. Developing countries have been determined by the World Bank list of countries with a gross national income of $6000 or less. Please click here for a listing of eligible countries. In order to receive your complimentary registration, please mail or fax your registration form
and include a letter from your program director, chief of service or faculty advisor.
Guests
This category is reserved for non-scientific attendees 18 years of age and older. In order to be admitted to non-ticketed sessions and the exhibit hall (including the wine and cheese reception), non-scientific attendees must register as a guest. This category is not to be used by associates in the medical profession. Guests are not eligible for CME credits or Certificates of Participation. Guests are required to pay an additional fee to attend the 2011 opening event.
Children
This category is reserved for non-scientific attendees 17 years of age or younger. For safety reasons, strollers are not permitted in the exhibit hall and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Only registered attendees will be permitted into meeting rooms. You may make arrangements for child care through KiddieCorp.
