Note: The target timeline is a recommendation with the exception of the Improvement Plan Implementation which is non-negotiable.  You may potentially move through the module faster or slower than what is outlined.  You must complete a section before moving to the next step / component in the module.
 
Target Timeline

• First Data Abstraction:

• Development of Physician Improvement Plan:

• Improvement Plan Implementation:
  
  Six months non-negotiable
  
  
• Second Data Abstraction:

• Completion of Impact Statement and Attestation and statement to the American Board of Internal Medicine, which signify the completion of the module:
