Dear [Colleague’s Name]:
As a fellow rheumatology health professional, I am excited to tell you about the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals. The ARHP, a division of the American College of Rheumatology, is the leading organization for health professionals working in rheumatology.
As a member of the ARHP, I am provided with the best educational, networking and career development opportunities for rheumatology health professionals. You might be interested to know:

In addition to the current benefits of ARHP membership, the ARHP remains dedicated to creating new and useful opportunities for its members. A great example of this is the NP/PA Rheumatology Certificate Training Program, which will launch later this year. This web-based program allows PAs, NPs, and other clinicians to have an affordable, flexible way to build competence in the care of persons with rheumatic diseases. It is module-based, with each module consisting of an audio PowerPoint presentation, clinical pearls, references/resources, challenges, and an assessment. Participants who complete their chosen track of modules (pediatric, adult or combined) will receive a certificate. AMA PRA Category 1 credit will also be provided.
[Insert Colleague’s Name], I believe that an ARHP membership is a wise investment for your career, and I encourage you to join today! Please feel free to get in touch with me if you would like to hear more about my experience as an ARHP member, or if you have any questions about joining.
Additional membership information, as well as a membership application, is located at www.rheumatology.org/ARHP. As you complete your membership application, you will be asked who sponsored you. Please fill in my name, so that I will be able to follow-up with you.
