Registration

• All new registrations or changes must be done on site in Philadelphia.

• Registration will be located in Hall D of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Streets (between 11th and 13th Streets) and adjacent to the Philadelphia Marriott.

Hotel Reservations

• Changes or cancellations should be made directly with your hotel.

• If you cancel a reservation directly with the hotel, be sure to get a cancellation confirmation number. Otherwise, the hotel may not honor your request if there is a dispute.

• If you need housing assistance while you are in Philadelphia, you can stop by the ACR/ARHP Hotel Counter in Hall D of the Pennsylvania Convention Center during the registration hours listed above.
