Register for a Press Pass

Press registration open: June 13 – October 10


If you would like to register for a press pass and be added to our press notification list, please download the press registration form and send it to Regina Adair either by e-mail at or by fax at (404) 633-1870.

Please note, due to updated policies for annual meeting press credentialing, please send the following items along with your registration form to expedite the review process:

1. A copy of photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport
2. Identification, such as press credentials or a business card, certifying that you are a working member of the print, broadcast or online media.

And one of the following:

1. A letter of assignment from your editor – please note, freelance writers must include a letter of assignment from their editors
2. A bylined article
