ACR President Writes Letter to Speaker Pelosi

Stanley Cohen, MD, ACR President, sent a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi regarding Congress' failure to avert the 21.3 percent Medicare physician payment cut. Dr. Cohen emphasizes that Congress has had multiple opportunities to fix the flawed SGR formula and is jeopardizing the treatment of millions of chronically ill Americans by allowing the cuts to go into effect.
