To apply, you must complete an application
form and submit dues
payment. Letters of recommendation by ACR members are also required.
After review by the Nominating Committee, election is by majority vote of
the ACR board of directors. The board considers applications four times a
year, but membership services are provided to applicants from the time of
their application and dues payment.
The ACR does not discriminate based on sex, color, creed, race, religion, disability, ethnic origin, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age.

Application Deadlines
Members are elected in the spring and fall. For election at the ACR Annual
Scientific Meeting to be held in October/November, applications and dues must
be received in September. Dues will be applied to the next year and journal
subscriptions will begin with the January issue.
New applicants may register for the Annual Scientific Meeting at the member
fee if their applications and dues payment are received before the advance
registration deadline (in September).
Membership Renewal
Membership in the ACR or ARHP is based on the member’s anniversary date and extends for 12 months. Membership is renewed each year, and initial renewal invoices are sent three months before memberships expire.
The ACR/ARHP membership directory is printed annually, and the online directory is updated daily. Members should update contact information online by Dec. 31 each year to ensure that printed directory listings are up-to-date.
