The REF is committed to funding rheumatology training and research programs that are vital to improved care of for the one in three American adults suffering from arthritis and rheumatic disease.

>> On July 1, 2009, the REF awarded $11 million in awards and grants to almost 200 individuals and institutional grant recipients, making us the second largest funding source of rheumatology research and training programs in the U.S.
