It’s Rheumatic Disease Awareness Month!
This year’s Rheumatic Disease Awareness Month (RDAM) focuses on exercise and physical activity and addresses the current knowledge gap on the importance of safe exercises for individuals living with rheumatic diseases. We’ve created an PT-approved RDAM toolkit that includes an infographic, library of videos, blog post, fact sheet and downloadable social media graphics. Please share these resources with your patients to help us empower them to take a proactive role in managing their health through safe, accessible exercise strategies.
